What to expect...

  • Group coaching once per week in the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
  • We will learn about food habits related to gut health, hormone health and blood sugar control to help you slim down and feel amazing. 
  • Set goals every week unique to your lifestyle.
  • Have email access to me between coaching calls so you always feel supported.
